By their submission below, and with their Parents’ consent, the Undersigned Participant(s) in the LaGuardia Day 2022 event hereby indicate their understanding that the kids activities can be inherently dangerous activities and voluntarily assume all risks and dangers incidental to the event whether occurring prior to, during or after the activities, including, but not limited to the danger of being injured by participating in the activities.
The Undersigned Participant(s), with their Parents’ consent voluntarily agree(s) that the organizers, coordinators, facility, fellow participants, participating teams, and all of their respective agents, officers and representatives are expressly released by the participant from any claims arising from such causes and that the participant agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the organizers of the LaGuardia Day 2022 Event, Little Flower Park, from any and all liability arising from any personal injury which may occur during the tournament. Participation in the games implies consent to these terms.
